So I’ve been going to see Dr. Ali for many years and the service has always been top notch! Yesterday, I went with my 2 year old grandson, who for some reason had his “terrible 2s” kick in during my appointment. Like I’m serious he had never behaved this way, but he was bouncing off the walls! The staff!!!! Oh my!!!! They were so patient! Dr. Ali even took the time to talk with him and was patient with me during the whole process. They didn’t have to, but they did! They were amazing! Thank you for being so kind! I was a little caught off guard with his behavior and you guys helped so much!

My experience was seamless. The frame took sometime to arrive from abroad. But they were able to give the glasses in just 2 days. Very satisfied!!
